On a personal note I just wanted to say how thankful I am for your professionalism. Every step of the process was handled exactly the way I was expecting. From our initial conversation on the phone, you were so willing to understand what I had in mind, and knew what to do. Then all of the other admin parts of the process were handled extremely well. Your quote was exactly as discussed and I didn’t need to call you again to change or clarify any part of that quote. On the day I was put at ease when I called early in the afternoon to confirm everything was progressing as planned, and you were already ready to go. What was most impressive to me was you arrived to the venue early, having to drive from Seaford, making sure you were prepared in case of any last minute hiccups, which can inevitably happen with these things. Your service included early set up as well as the pack up afterwards, and that just made the whole thing seamless for us and took away all that hassle.
I have dealt with other suppliers and more often than not unfortunately, one or more of these parts of the service falls through. Either the quoting is inaccurate, they are inflexible or not accommodating, and worst do not provide the service they initially quoted for and make this known at the last minute on the day of delivery. I can say unreservedly, you delivered on all fronts and I could not have been happier.
